Use a pose reference
Choose a pose and an available angle, then download the full mannequin reference image. Use it in your own artwork or image-generation tool. Check the tool’s instructions for how to add a reference image.
- Search or browse for a pose.
- Open a pose and choose an available reference angle.
- Download the full reference image and use it in your own workflow.
Generated images may differ from the reference. Compare the result with the pose, especially the hands, limbs, and contact between figures.
Search in English, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean using keywords or a pose description. Keywords and filters work in your browser. Submitting a description may send it and your filters to our service to find related poses; typing alone does not. If related search is unavailable, you can continue with local results.
How to choose and use a pose reference
Start with the body position or gesture you need, then compare poses with similar silhouettes.
Switch among available reference views to check overlaps. Some poses have one view; AI photography examples are optional and may differ from the reference.

What can I download?
You can download the full mannequin reference image for an available angle.
Does the photo change when I select another angle?
No. Each AI-generated photo example uses a fixed reference angle; changing the mannequin angle does not change the photo.
Will an image generator reproduce the pose exactly?
Not necessarily. Results depend on the tool and settings, and details such as hands, limbs, and contact may differ.
Are all angles available for every pose?
No. The angles shown on each pose page reflect the available reference images.
